Welcome to the Social Avengers Tribe
By becoming a member (“you”, “Member”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in our programs and community. These Terms are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with the laws of Singapore.
1. Membership Eligibility
To join the Tribe, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Agree to follow our values, code of conduct, and all applicable terms.
2. Membership Benefits
As a member, you may receive:
- Access to member-only workshops, training sessions, and community events.
- Health and wellness resources, programs, and group support.
- Special offers and discounts on products or services offered through the Tribe.
We reserve the right to amend or discontinue any benefits without prior notice.
3. Membership Fees & Deduction Schedule
3.1 Fees
Certain membership tiers may require a recurring monthly or annual fee. All fees will be clearly stated during registration and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3.2 Deduction Dates
If you are enrolled in a subscription or auto-purchase plan, your deduction date is based on your fixed purchase date:

| 11th – 20th of the month | 5th of the current month |
| 21st – end of the month | 15th of the current month |
Example: If your fixed purchase date is 5th August, payment will be deducted on 25th July.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Failed payments may lead to suspension of benefits.
4. Member Responsibilities
By joining, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with other members and facilitators.
- Follow community guidelines and event rules.
- Refrain from misconduct, including harassment, spamming, or misuse of community tools and programs.
We reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend access, or terminate membership for inappropriate behavior.
5. Privacy & Personal Data
Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By becoming a member, you consent to:
- The use of your data for membership administration and communication.
- Receiving updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
6. Termination & Suspension
6.1 Termination by the Member
You may terminate your membership at any time by submitting written notice via email to connect@socialavengerstribe.com.
To avoid charges for the upcoming cycle, you must provide at least 7 working days' notice before your scheduled deduction date, as listed below:

Example: For a purchase date on 5th August (deduction on 25th July), your cancellation must be submitted by 16th July.
If your request is received after the notice period, your deduction will still proceed, and the termination will take effect the following cycle. No refunds will be given for deductions made before proper notice.
6.2 Termination or Suspension by the Tribe
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately if:
- You violate these Terms or our community guidelines.
- You fail to make payments after reminders.
- Your conduct negatively affects the Tribe or other members.
In such cases, any remaining benefits will be forfeited. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Singapore law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising out of your participation in the Tribe or use of Tribe services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
