  • First, do a 5-minute desk reset at 2:45 p.m.: seated spinal twist, shoulder rolls + chest opener, march on the spot, then a forward fold. Breathe slowly and let circulation wake up.

  • Second, choose a healthier tea-break snack: papaya/orange, grapes/berries, or a banana with a few nuts. Drink water or unsweetened tea. Skip sweet drinks and biscuits to avoid the crash.
